Huddersfield-based technical public relations agency – Scriba PR – has been hired to handle the communications strategy of maintenance-at-height experts Access North Structures.
By providing ongoing PR, blogging and social media support, Scriba will help to build the company’s profile across varied B2B industries, including commercial, leisure and sporting facilities, to name just a few.
Access North Structures specialises in IRATA-trained rope access, the maintenance and installation of ETFE and tensile canopy structures, and all forms of fall protection.
Berenice Northcott, Access North Structures’ managing director said: “In late 2016, we began the hunt for a marketing and PR partner that could cement our position as the UK’s leading maintenance-at-height experts.
“We work with structures that people don’t normally see, unless they look up – but it’s still important to inspect and preserve these elements properly, especially in customer-facing buildings. So, with the help of Scriba, we’ll show by example the benefits that rope access and ETFE can have, such as cost-effectiveness and added durability, recyclability and energy efficiency.”
And, as a technical PR agency, with experience in the construction and FM sectors to name a couple, Scriba PR was an obvious choice.
Commenting on being selected for the job after a rigorous tender process, Katie Mallinson, founder of Scriba said: “We were delighted when we were invited to present our business as a potential partner. We knew instantly that Access North Structures was the right fit for us, and now we’ve been appointed, we can’t wait to raise the company’s profile within this niche sector!”
“We’re here to grow the company’s online and offline presence, and solidify their position as an authoritative figure within their target industries. Berenice and the team genuinely are experts in their field, so we already have lots of exciting ideas up our sleeves!”
Founded in 2011, Access North Structures has grown to a market leader with over 1,000 trusted technicians at its fingertips.
Access North Structures clients include Bourne-leisure, Fantasy Island, Carillion, Kier, Robertson FM, Galliford Try, Merlin Group, Simpson York, Royal Caribbean and Heinz, to name a few.
Scriba’s other clients include technical textiles specialist Arville, recycling and shredder expert UNTHA UK and manufacturing organisation YCF.
