The Drum PR Awards’ shortlist has been announced today, and we’re ecstatic to reveal that we have been selected for the ‘long running and retained PR account’ category!
With some globally renowned firms such as Aldi UK, BT and Kia Motors also on the finalist rundown, it’s safe to say we’re feeling a little overwhelmed.
This accolade aims to celebrate PR teams nationwide who are excelling in a broad range of communication disciplines, fully embracing a multichannel world and focusing on ‘rigorous’ measurement.
Scriba has been shortlisted for our long-standing client relationship with industrial shredder specialist UNTHA UK. We’ve worked side by side with UNTHA for the past six years, and over this time we have helped unlock the brand’s key to global success.
From gracing BBC Breakfast’s red sofa to securing industry speaking slots and reaching millions of people through online and print coverage, it’s been an incredible journey, which now sees Scriba represent the brand on three continents worldwide.
Michelle Lavipour, one of the judges and global head of brand communications at Diageo, said: “The standout entries also confirmed that at its heart PR remains what it has always been – great storytelling that cuts through the noise.”
We work extremely hard to immerse ourselves in the technical sectors in which our clients are a part of, as well as provide a personable service in order to really help a business grow – so it’s fantastic to have this recognised.
We’d like to say thank you to every single one of our clients – especially UNTHA – for sticking with us and supporting us over the years. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you.
The awards ceremony takes place on 17th September in London, so keep your eyes peeled and your fingers crossed that Scriba PR comes home with a trophy!
