Cascade Payroll Managed Services has posted record revenue growth of 38% following 12 months with a new senior bureau manager at the helm.
Claire Treadwell faced steep targets when she joined the team exactly one year ago. But the CIPP-qualified payroll expert has made light work of the division’s progression, having increased the customer base by 30% in the past six months alone.
Claire has also led the team through a significant restructure, with three of her 10 colleagues having received promotions in recent weeks. Improved efficiencies and personnel development will now pave the way for four more jobs in Cascade’s new financial year, whilst boosting capacity to accommodate a further 30% growth in the customer base.
“Cascade is a very exciting place to be at the moment,” comments Claire, in the month that the firm announced space for an additional 85 staff at its Leeds headquarters. “But I’m not an entirely new face in the business. I actually worked here 10 years ago, as helpdesk manager, when there were only six people in the team. Safe to say it’s changed a lot since then!”
In fact, Cascade now has a headcount of 152 and is a well-known brand in the 820-strong IRIS Software group. Like many of her colleagues, Claire has a technical background, which means she understands the product – and payroll – inside out.
