Here at Scriba PR, it’s no secret that we’re self-confessed word nerds, but while we specialise in the written form, we also love and appreciate the power of video!
Incidentally, this passion for digital comms inspired a recent project here at Scriba towers – our very own client-led film. That’s right, with the help of Paul Brodie and the fantastic team at Manto Films, we dedicated a whole day to capturing – in our customers’ own words – what we do as an organisation and the results we’ve achieved.
It’s no secret that we pride ourselves on being a bit (very!) geeky, so we wanted something visually engaging to reflect this, and to show technical businesses what makes us different.
So, how did the digital masterpiece come to life?
It all started with an organised agenda and a hearty breakfast – what good plan doesn’t start with food? The team at Manto Films arrived at HQ early to set up the filming equipment for our first interviewee.
The day ran like a well-oiled machine. We took it in turns to sit behind the camera and conduct interviews – asking clients what it’s (honestly!) like working with us and what PR means for their business, alongside the bottom-line impact they’ve seen from this media activity.
Shouting about the work we do is only part of the story though – it means nothing if we don’t have the evidence to back it up. So, hearing key decision-makers talk freely about our craft completes a far more crucial part of the puzzle, especially for B2B firms that are pondering whether PR is right for them.
