We can’t quite explain the excitement that each of us feels when we land a piece of awesome coverage – whether it’s in a trade mag, a traditional broadsheet or on a cool digital site. The thrill is real, which is why securing our clients a spot in their desired publication is something that we will always pride ourselves on.

Communications giant with eyes on £65m turnover announces acquisition trail

Family-owned communication specialist The Baird Group has revealed a fresh identity and a completely new name, as the 158-year-old firm eyes a £20m rise in turnover, by the end of 2021.

What began as a single printing company in Belfast in 1862, the newly-entitled Bailie Group – now headquartered in Leeds – has forecast revenues of £45m in 2020, with plans to reach £65m turnover and £5m profit by the end of next year.

Creative marketing agency secures trio of projects from internationally renowned Zapf Creation

Market leading doll manufacturer Zapf Creation has enlisted The Bigger Boat to build, create and launch two websites for its Baby Annabell and BABY born brands.

Following experience in the toymaking arena – thanks to ongoing work with Little Tikes – the Yorkshire-based creative digital marketing agency was handpicked to bolster Zapf Creation’s digital strategy in the UK and manage its Instagram, Facebook and Twitter social channels.

Technology solutions and services provider Solutionize Global has appointed a former Dell Technologies managing consultant as it gears up to more than double its turnover – with ambitions of eclipsing £100 million by the end of 2020.

Rocket Composter enables college to process 26 tonnes of food waste on site

City of Glasgow College has invested in equipment to compost an estimated 26 tonnes of food waste per year, on site.

The A900 Rocket Composter, from Macclesfield based organic waste and Waste-to-Energy solutions firm Tidy Planet, will enable the college to process its food waste at source.
