Project Overview

What began as a small social media management retainer has grown into our team acting as Agilité Solutions’ bolt-on communications department and brand guardian – with every public-facing word written by Scriba PR.

Project Details

Having originally been tasked with growing Agilité’s presence on LinkedIn, we now look after all the international firm’s external communications – from the overall PR and marketing strategy, commercial communications advice, and social media management, to the appointment and coordination of translation and Italian agencies, alongside customer feedback sessions and media relations.

As well as maintaining our LinkedIn focus, which includes increasing followers and engagement each month, we’ve held brand development sessions in Paris, delivered social media training to multi-lingual colleagues, and presented our results – based on the KPIs we’ve been set – directly to the board.

Although media relations activity is a secondary focus in the UK, we research, compile, and design ‘hero assets’ which feed into the firm’s CRM system and support lead generation and nurture.
