A West-Yorkshire business systems consultancy has once again expanded both its team and premises in preparation for its biggest year yet.
Huddersfield-based All My Systems began as a one man start up in April 2014, developing into a five-strong team by the company’s 3rd anniversary. But with a total of nine employees now on board, the organisation has just procured an additional meeting room, client training space, and a video production suite for its newly-launched AMS TV service.
This extra square footage at the rural Craggs Country Business Park in Calderdale complements All My Systems’ original office at the 3M BIC in central Huddersfield.
The firm had a turnover of £145,000 for the last financial year, but forecasts for 2017-2018 set the company at a staggering £555,000 revenue and £375,000 GP – 25% more than was originally projected – with the team quoting for £100,000 of work for the next three months alone.
One of the key catalysts for the growth has been the launch of a new ‘streamline, strengthen, scale’ product, aimed at bringing Dynamics 365 to the masses of small businesses in Yorkshire. The software will allow companies to take better control of their sales pipeline process, from generating leads to creating invoices upon a project’s completion.
Commenting on the growth, founder Mark Pullar said: “It has been a whirlwind of a year for us, moving into the additional office space as the team has more than doubled in size. But this expansion means we’ve had the capacity to take on new clients as well as create a new product!
“We recognise that the local economy is booming and a number of SMEs have aspirations to upscale in 2018 too. We’ve therefore worked hard to devise a solution that will enable them to use Microsoft technologies to power that growth, irrespective of their current size and budget. There seems to be a real appetite for it too – we received two enquiries on the day that ‘streamline, strengthen, scale’ was launched!”
With further business developments on the horizon the hunt is now on for three more people to join the young company before the end of the year – a full time business analyst and systems trainer. The successful fulfilment of these positions will take All My Systems to a total of 11 employees.
