And then there were five! After a whirlwind 12 months of client campaigns, award wins and company growth at Scriba HQ, we are delighted to announce that we are adding another team member into the mix!
Paige Catton will be joining us in May as a full-time PR assistant, following a successful work experience placement that began in late 2016. She is currently in her third and final year at the University of Leeds, studying for an English Language and Literature degree.
Paige chose a degree in English as she knew it would open doors for her, although she admits she wasn’t sure exactly which path she would choose after university. Following placements at Cascade HR and Aye Creative over the summer of 2016, Paige furthered her love of writing, and her recent placement here at Scriba cemented her decision to pursue PR as a career.
Paige will continue to work at Scriba on a part-time basis during the remainder of her studies, and then will join us full-time in the Spring. Her role will include assisting on client accounts, content writing and helping with administrative tasks – a real assortment!
Paige is thrilled to have secured a full-time role when she will be straight out of university, and looks forward to progressing her career in a hands-on, forward-thinking and ever-growing business.
Her appointment comes hot on the heels of changing roles for current staff members Louise Jaggar and Amy Byram, who have advanced from PR assistants to become operations manager and account manager, respectively. We have also welcomed account manager Hannah van Rooyen to the team!
