Leading Human Resources and payroll software provider Cascade HR is preparing for one of its biggest events of the year by devising a series of advice-led giveaways for delegates.
Visitors to stand G60 at the CIPD’s Annual Conference and Exhibition will be able to collect a number of free must-have resources, including an ‘Are you GDPR ready?’ checklist and a Gender Pay Gap Reporting health check.
The same tools will also be available on the adjacent stand F54, where the focus is the CascadeGo product for microbusinesses and SMEs.
This provision of complimentary advice is nothing new to Cascade. Over the past 12 months, more than 1,500 people have attended the team’s free HR software masterclasses, networking events, system induction training, GDPR and other technology-specific webinars. CascadeGo is also set to launch a free software training workshop for new users, later this month.
“The world of employment has experienced a vast degree of legislative change as 2017 has unfolded,” comments product director Paul Sparkes. “So, because we’re committed to making HR and payroll flow throughout the entire employee lifecycle, we’re trying to empower industry professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to look after their people.”
There will naturally be a technology focus on both stands too. Welcome to experience a tailored demonstration of either system, delegates are encouraged to pay particular attention to Cascade’s new enhanced dashboards – one of the industry’s most configurable ways to access at-a-glance people analytics with the ability to add or report on new screens within seconds. Among the latest revelations at CascadeGo will be the team’s new rota tool, ACAS documents hub and tasks feature.
“As always, we’ll have a learning rather than selling focus,” elaborates Paul. “But for visitors who do come to truly research the marketplace, we’ll have plenty of HR and payroll experts on hand to showcase just what the software can do.”
“We help in-house teams take care of the processes so they can take care of their people. With our truly integrated products, we can offer genuine support when it comes to attracting and appointing the right candidates – thanks to our evolving suite of recruitment solutions – through to developing, engaging, managing, remunerating and retaining these valuable assets, with a GDPR-ready system.”
It is 18 months since Cascade first unveiled the CascadeGo brand – a move which meant the software provider could go on to provide a robust HRIS to organisations with 1-25,000+ employees. Collectively, the products are now used by 1,600 clients within the UK.
The Annual Conference and Exhibition will take place at Manchester Central, on the 8th and 9th of November. Entry to the exhibition is free but online pre-registration is advised.
